There was blood, there was sweat, and there were tears! But verrrry happy tears in the end. I am pretty proud of myself for pulling this off with so many set backs. Impressive Lies, I hope, is an empowering song, and I wanted the video to emit a sense of Girl Power, while at the same time having a down to earth, fun, and comedic storyline. After throwing ideas back and forth, Dean (Alucinor Productions) and I developed this concept that I hope will intrigue the viewer to watch through to the end to see what happens. I believe songs should tell a story or have a message, and I wanted the music video to do the same. Both shooting days went so smoothly and considering all the last minute dramas with cancellations, and Plan B, C and even D coming into play ... I am absolutely CHUFFED that the schedules went off without a hitch!! I'll be having a little video launch on completion to celebrate, and hope to see lots of friendly faces.
